Kailey’s practice focuses primarily in criminal defense and complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in expungement/record sealing law. Kailey is also passionate for legal advocacy and criminal justice reform. Most recently, Kailey assisted in efforts to pass bail reform legislation in Ohio - specifically, Senate Bill 182 - by providing written testimony to the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee during the summer of 2021. Additionally, Kailey is a zealous advocate for animal rights.

Kailey’s interest in law began in 2017 when she acquired a summer internship at a large law firm located in Rockland County, New York, and later served as an Intern for a small firm in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.

Kailey earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Management, with focuses in Finance and Accounting, from Case Western Reserve University in 2019. She later graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she served as the Treasurer for the Women’s Law Student Association for academic year 2020-2021 and received numerous awards for her academic performance.
