Jay Milano is a nationally known criminal defense lawyer in Cleveland, Ohio. He and the firm also represent clients in malpractice, accident and injury cases. Jay Milano joined his father in 1980, after serving as a public defender. He first spoke in court during a murder trial and has practiced at that level of intensity for 25 years. Initially concentrating on criminal defense, his clients have included Calvin “Snoop Dogg” Broadus, Hell’s Angels, sports figures, doctors, judges, and lawyers, as well as an uncountable number of people who just needed help.

Kate is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Her practice areas include criminal defense, domestic relations, and various areas of civil litigation, such as personal injury and professional malpractice.
Rachel May Weiser
Rachel May Weiser joined the firm in 1998. Rachel herself has a birthright of law and science, her father a nationally known physician. With her arrival, the growth toward civil cases, toward malpractice and injury, ripened. She too has tried criminal cases, including murder, racketeering, conspiracy, and drug law violations. However, she has done extraordinary work for clients in malpractice and injury cases. It is her unique combination of intellect and unrelenting diligence that assures our clients of the best chances to prevail.
Ms. Eloff, partner at Eloff & Willson, LLP, is a civil attorney whose practice emphasizes real estate and elder law issues, including estate planning and administration of decedent’s and guardian’s estates. She has had litigation experience in Federal and State Courts. Although she primarily represents individuals, she also lists her current clients as certain small corporations, a federal agency, and several churches.
Adriana received her Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Studies in 2012 from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Adriana went on to work as a Coordinator and Career Counselor at Ava Maria School of Law, where she gained varied experience working with law students, lawyers, courts, and clients, among others, to help connect individuals in the legal community.
