Katelyn Pruchnicki, Associate

Kate brings to the firm relentless effort and determination to solve our clients’ problems. She provides personal attention the clients appreciate.

Kate is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Her practice areas include criminal defense, domestic relations, and various areas of civil litigation, such as personal injury and professional malpractice.

Kate is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Small Firm & Solo Practitioner Section, Women in the Profession Section, Young Lawyers Section, Criminal Law Section, Family Law Section, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Cleveland Marshall Law Alumni Association.

Kate graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs Journalism and as a member of the Politics, Society, and Law Scholars Program. She then graduated cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the law school’s newspaper, was awarded for her pro bono community service, and received Excellence for the Future Awards for her performance in Criminal Procedure II, Family Law, First Amendment Rights, and, for two consecutive semesters, the Federal Post-Conviction Relief Clinic.
